STUDENT FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
BREAA is excited to launch the inaugural BREAA Student Fellowship — a one-year program open to current UC Berkeley undergraduate and graduate students interested in pursuing careers in real estate.
The BREAA Student Fellowship is awarded to one undergraduate and one graduate student who demonstrate exemplary academic performance and a commitment to pursuing careers in real estate through business, planning, design, policy or law.
The BREAA Student Fellowship is an immersive program designed to provide unique access for motivated students to build meaningful connections and experiences in the professional real estate community, intended to encourage lifelong learning and BREAA relationships. The BREAA Student Fellowship components are designed to provide meaningful financial support to students in combination with unparalleled access to a professional network and tools to navigate and help prepare for a career in real estate.
$3,000 Tuition Award
Reimbursement for real estate-related educational programming, training, professional development and industry memberships
Registration to all BREAA events
Mentorship by an industry professional who will advise and provide guidance regarding professional development, participation in BREAA and the Bay Area commercial real estate community
Participation in BREAA leadership meetings as a Student Fellow
In-depth access to the established UC Berkeley real estate alumni network
Complete the BREAA Student Fellowship application form .
Application requires submission of a resume and two (2) letters of recommendation.
