  This year, special guest Mary Corley will help us honor Steve Chamberlin at the beautiful San Francisco Design Center Galleria on Thursday, October 17th from 6 pm - 10 pm.

  In celebration of Cal and Stanford's transition from the Pac 12 conference to the ACC, BREAA NYC is excited to invite you to an exclusive tour of The Spiral, in collaboration with UVA Center for Real Estate and Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE).

  Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) and developed by Tishman Speyer, The Spiral is a 66-floor, 1,031-foot skyscraper with 2.85 million square feet that features a stunning series of outdoor terraces that wrap around the building in a series of dramatic verdant cascades. Don't miss this opportunity to explore these unique spaces - including the lobby, studio/co-working area, a loft and the incredible Clubhouse on the 66th floor. Join us to learn more about the inspiration and construction for this remarkable architectural masterpiece.
