BREAA NYC is pleased to invite you to an exclusive private tour of the Knakal Map Room, featuring an extraordinary 24-by-10-foot, hand-built map of Manhattan that chronicles decades of property sales, listings, and development activity across the borough.
Bob Knakal, one of New York City's most renowned commercial real estate brokers, has been involved in the sale of more than 2,300 properties since 1984. During this special event, Bob will personally guide attendees through his iconic map room, sharing his unique perspective on Manhattan's real estate history, evolving market dynamics, and emerging development opportunities. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage directly with Bob in an interactive Q&A session.
This intimate event is reserved exclusively for BREAA NYC members, offering a rare opportunity to learn from one of the industry's most accomplished professionals while connecting with fellow Berkeley real estate alumni.
Not yet a member? We encourage you to join BREAA NYC to take advantage of this event and gain access to our growing network of real estate professionals, exclusive programming, and unique industry experiences.
