Prescott West Oakland is a thoughtfully repositioned industrial campus that blends adaptive reuse with new construction, creating a dynamic environment for creative production, research, and collaboration.
Laura Billings, Prinicpal and BREAA Advisory Board Member will guide us through the development with an overview of the campus’s origin and vision, followed by a walkthrough of 2–3 representative spaces that showcase its flexible design, tenant mix, and role in shaping West Oakland’s evolving innovation ecosystem. The tour will conclude at Prescott Market, the campus’s central gathering place, where curated food, retail, and programming bring energy and activation to the broader development.
Guests are invited to stay for a hosted happy hour at Prescott Market, with the option to continue the evening nearby at an Oakland Ballers game, offering a distinctly local close to the experience.
