Bios:

Matt Boras – Managing Director and Head of RXR ARDEN Digital Ventures (RADV)

Matt is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing investments in early-stage PropTech and ConTech companies as well as supporting existing portfolio companies. Matt recently served as Co-Chair of the ULI Technology and Innovation Council in New York and as a member of the Advisory Board for Pencils of Promise, a non-profit organization that builds schools and increases educational opportunities in the developing world. Matt received an AB in International Relations from Brown University and is a Kauffman Fellow.


Gary Kao – Managing Director and Head of New York at Dealpath

Dealpath is the world’s largest and most trusted real estate investment management platform, powering over $10 trillion in global transactions and supporting hundreds of institutional investors by uniting data, insights and execution in one place. Gary joined Dealpath in 2014 as part of its founding team and oversees strategic initiatives & projects, including the launch of our latest product, Dealpath Connect. Gary received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, serves on the Membership Committee of ULI New York, and is an active of NAIOP and NY Economic Club.

Rachel Mannina – Founder and CEO at Remy

Rachel is the Founder and CEO of Remy, a Submittal Intelligence platform transforming how construction teams manage and process documents. Remy enables onsite teams to quickly identify critical project risks, save time, and guarantee project quality. Rachel comes from the Construction Industry, having built some of the largest projects in the US for Suffolk Construction, Webcor Builders, Devcon Construction and Turner Construction including the tallest building on the West Coast, Wilshire Grand Center in Downtown LA. Rachel received a BS in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and her MBA from Bologna Business School.

Jack Armstrong – Enterprise Account Executive at Jones Software

Jack runs enterprise sales at Jones Software, an AI Insurtech startup. He works with top REITs, GCs, homebuilders and investment managers to mitigate risk across their portfolios. He has worked in early-stage PropTech for most of his career, starting at ResiDesk, an AI firm specialized in multifamily resident data.  Jack received a BA in History and Spanish from the University of Virginia.

Cher Chang – Founder and CEO, Literock Capital

Cher is the founder and CEO of Literock Capital, an investment company that invests in early stage companies in PropTech and AI. Concurrently, she is a partner and the Head of Capital Markets at JLJ Capital, a private credit fund with $400MM AUM. Cher received a BS in Biochemistry from UCLA and MS in Real Estate Development from NYU.
