Join the Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association (BREAA) and the USC Alumni Real Estate Network (AREN) for an exclusive tour of residential and retail offerings within the new mixed-use entertainment district at Hollywood Park, adjacent to Sofi Stadium and the under-construction Intuit Dome.

On the tour, participants will learn from development team project leaders Wilson Meany as well as various design team members who will share insight on the retail and residential project vision and design, construction process, key program elements, entitlement efforts and lessons learned.

Following the tour, Hollywood Park will host a happy hour reception with food and alcoholic beverages in the courtyard of The Wesley (TheWesleyApts.com). This event is generously sponsored by Wilson Meany.

More about the Hollywood Park project:
After years of planning and entitlements, the first phase of the West’s largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction and the LA region’s newest sports and entertainment destination is getting ready to open its residential and retail components. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Hollywood Park is a 300-acre mixed-use development being built on the site of the former Hollywood Park racetrack by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke.

The project is located three miles from LAX and in the middle of the LA Basin. It is also home to SoFi Stadium, the home of the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI champion Los Angeles Rams, the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater, and American Airlines Plaza. It features one of the most dynamic and thoughtful urban plans to debut in the country. In 2021, the site delivered its first class-A office building, now home to the NFL’s West Coast headquarters, and will deliver later this year 314 residences in its first two residential buildings, The Wesley and The Crosby, as well as its first phase of retail.

When complete, the project will include up to 2,500 homes, up to 800,000 SF of retail and up to 5M SF of office. Already an icon in the sports and entertainment landscape, SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park previously hosted Super Bowl LVI, the College Football National Championship in 2023, WrestleMania in 2023 and will soon be on the world stage again with the 2026 World Cup and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2028 Olympics.
