The Company is focused on the origination, underwriting, closing and servicing of commercial real estate loans of $3,000,000 to $25,000,000 for stabilized and non-stabilized commercial real estate properties on a nationwide basis. As a leading non-bank lender, MONEY360’s Bridge and Permanent loan programs offer an alternative to traditional regulated lenders by providing borrowers and their intermediaries with an efficient and streamlined funding approach to the small-mid balance CRE market. The Company utilizes a proprietary, fully integrated technology platform that provides borrowers and intermediaries with an industry leading experience from initial quote to the loan closing.


MONEY360 is currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator, who will generate and grow the company's commercial real estate lending business in the Northwest Region. The candidate should possess the skills to market MONEY360’s Bridge and Permanent Loan products through a loan referral network of commercial real estate mortgage bankers/brokers as well as experienced commercial real estate investors. Thisposition will serve as the Company’s primary point of contact for all strategic relationships in the Northwest Region and will be responsible for developing new and maintaining existing client relationships, marketing the Company's commercial real estate loan programs through internal and external communications, providing recommendations for loan sizing, pricing, terms and structure, and collaborating with credit and processing colleagues to facilitate the underwriting and closing of commercial real estate loan transactions.



Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute sales plan based on monthly, quarterly and annual production standards. Work with the President and others he may designate to increase performance and exceed production volumes established by the Company.

  • Originate Bridge and Permanent loans through solicitation and developing relationships with commercial mortgage bankers/brokers, commercial real estate professionals and other referral sources.

  • Maintain a quality network of intermediary and borrower relationships that will serve as a recurring source of lending opportunities for the Company.

  • Prioritize prospects and allocate time and resources to serve high potential relationships.

  • Meet targets for volumes, pipeline pull-through and loan performance.

  • Act as an effective liaison between borrowers, brokers, referral sources and inside staff related to Credit, Processing and Closing requirements.

  • Review and analyze the income and expenses of properties in order to calculate NOI.

  • Must have the ability to determine if a loan prospect will conform to the Company’s loan parameters and meets its underwriting guidelines.

  • Possess the ability to judge borrower credit worthiness and suitability of a commercial property to act as collateral for a loan.

  • Ensures exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of the Company’s lending programs, policies, procedures and demonstrates a commitment to professional ethics.

  • Provide feedback regarding loan products and pricing of local competitors to ensure that the Company remains competitive with current market conditions.

  • Responsible for managing discussions with prospective borrowers and brokers to analyze property and credit data, determine borrower financing objectives, advise borrowers on the Company’sproducts/pricing guidelines, and assist underwriters and other credit team members in gathering all additional required information to provide a seamless process to the borrowers and intermediaries.

  • Maintain a customer referral source database in the company’s CRM database.

  • Deliver the highest levels of service to both the external customers as well as internal support staff.

  • Travel may be required to meet with potential transaction sources, attend industry conferences, and to inspect and evaluate respective properties.

  • May be required to speak publicly in front of customers and market peers at trade shows and panels.

  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and integrity.

  • May be asked to participate in annual strategic and business planning process.

  • Possess strong knowledge of Southeast area CRE market, including key competitors, clients and state of the real estate marketplace.


  • The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in commercial real estate lending as a Loan Originator.

  • Proven track-record as a production officer with an institutional lender; with a large client base of mortgage brokers and commercial brokers in local markets.

  • Four (4) Year college degree (Bachelor) or equivalent work experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the CRE lending industry, including processing, underwriting, closing and funding loans.

  • Strong oral presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize, manage and perform multiple tasks.

  • Must have strong analytical ability, exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence.

  • In depth understanding of occupancy, rent and capitalization rate trends in local markets.

  • Comfortable with technology supporting sales management, marketing, pricing, initial underwriting, pipeline management and loan performance tracking.

  • Ability to work independently and responsibly with little supervision, but also work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.

  • Travel may be required.

  • Must be comfortable working in an executive suite or home office.
