Join BREAA at the Brewing Reserve in Costa Mesa for our second OC Happy Hour on Friday, June 26th at 6PM! The happy hour event is OPEN to all members and guests, with the first round of pitchers on BREAA! Space is limited so register early so you don't miss out!

3rd Annual Venice Beach Clean Up with UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group (July 11, 2026)

BREAA LA and UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG) Members, friends, and family, join us on Saturday, July 26th, for a fun day at the beach, supporting the Surfrider Foundation LA Chapter with a Venice Beach Clean Up! Come in the morning to clean up one of our beautiful California beaches and stay for some snacks and drinks after the event at the Venice Beach Club. This is a great chance to catch some sun, do some good, and reconnect with your fellow alumni and local real estate professionals.

The Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to keep the oceans and beaches enjoyable for all. Donations are encouraged and can be made directly on their website www.surfrider.org.

The Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association invites you to save the date for the 7th Annual BREAA Gala to be held on October 1st, 2026 in Downtown San Francisco.

The annual BREAA Gala brings together alumni, faculty, and industry leaders for an evening celebrating the relationships, leadership, and shared experiences that unite generations of Berkeley real estate professionals. As our network continues to grow, the Gala remains a special opportunity to celebrate what makes the Berkeley real estate community extraordinary.

Additional event details, sponsorship opportunities, and ticket information forthcoming. Registration to open later this month will be the announcement of this year's Honoree.
